My latest experience at the office of Dr. Ho was fantastic! I really enjoyed the newest equipment and services that are now available to his patience. The young lady that worked with me the day of my cleaning was more than amazing. She was very warm friendly and easy to converse with. The atmosphere from the moment I arrived was pleasant as well. The clerks in the office warmly acknowledged my present without hesitation and this immediately gave me a great since of being welcome in the place of business. Went in to have a filling done on a chipped tooth. I am always very uneasy when having work done on my mouth. They were very understanding and very patient when doing the procedure. Absolutely no pain was involved. Special shout out to Sandy who went out of her way to make me comfortable.

Today I went for my regular cleaning appt. My hygienist was Suzette and she was great. She was extremely thorough and did an excellent job. I was only sorry to hear that she was filling in and probably wouldn’t be there for my next appt. in six months. There does seem to be a high turn over rate. I only recognized two employees besides Dr. Ho.

I went to Dr. Ho as a new patient. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in the door. The waiting area had a very comforting feeling with an aquarium and nice scented candle which left a pleasant smell. I was seen in a timely manner and Dr Ho explained everything I needed to have done in great detail where I could understand. The assistant Stephanie was very patient with me during my x-ray and helped form a plan that was reasonable for me time wise. My insurance was already verified before my appointment so I was aware of the coverage before I ever left the dental chair. All my questions when checking out were answered with knowledge and they even called to make my appointment at the specialist for me. This office and its staff goes beyond to make sure every patient is taken care of. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of a caring and compassionate office with a experienced Dentist with a GREAT personality. 5 Stars and 2 Thumbs up!!!

The first had an answering service and no one returned my call. The second had a person answering phones who seems to have limited knowledge and less interest in being pleasant. But that’s fine because when I talked to Megan at Dr Ho’s office, I knew I had found the right practice. She answered all of my questions and after booking my first appointment ended our conversation by saying” let me be the first one to welcome you to our practice” I know it’s a little thing but it ended up being indicative of the whole team. Now about the quality of care: OUTSTANDING. I’m tempted to go into detail, but suffice it to say each step had a specific purpose in creating custom fir denture that fir my mouth, are comfortable, and look like natural teeth.
